FAIR
FAIR MARKET VALUE The price an asset or service will bring if offered and there is a willing buyer and/or seller. Sometimes associated with the appraised value. Price that probably would be negotiated between a willing seller and willing buyer in a resonable time. Usually arrived at by comparable sales in the area.
