Casualty Value (see also Stipulated Loss Value Table)
A schedule included in a lease that establishes the liability of the lessee to the lessor in the event the leased equipment is lost or rendered unusable during the lease term because of casualty loss. The casualty value is the amount that maintains the lessor's yield in the event of casualty.
